The reports available in the English language from Scandinavia or from the U.S.A. are listed in Table l. Although few series are large, their uniformity is striking, and it appears that in both countries some 3 per cent. of all rheumatoid arthritics also suffer from psoriasis. Some of these authors also give the incidence of psoriasis in a control series; these estimates, together with those available for the general population, are shown in Table I; from this it appears that the normal incidence of psoriasis is less than I per cent.
